This depends on the size of the pool and local regulations. In many cases, pools up to a certain surface area (e.g. 24 m² or 40 m²) are considered simple structures, but we always recommend checking with your local building authority before starting construction.
Most terrains are suitable for pool installation, but slope and soil composition determine the type of preparation required. Our team conducts a site inspection to determine whether additional stabilization or specific drainage is needed before installation.
Modern inverter pumps are highly energy-efficient and consume minimal electricity. Heat pumps for water heating are the most efficient solution, as for every 1 kW of electricity consumed, they can produce up to 5 kW of heat energy.
The process includes lowering the water level, draining the piping system to prevent freezing, adding water conservation chemicals, and installing a winter cover.
Costs depend on the size of the pool and the chosen disinfection system. Salt-based systems are more expensive upfront but save money in the long run on chemicals, while traditional chlorine-based systems are cheaper to install but require more frequent chemical purchases.
